Compass Home Group Helps Relocate Family to Michigan

Daniel & Michelle King were referred to us by past clients and professional partners. They were relocating to Michigan for work and using the assistance of Relo Direct. The ladies at Relo Direct that organized their move were fantastic. Gabby, Liz, and Virginia coordinated with Compass Home Group to list the home, keep it priced appropriately, and sell it quickly.

Virginia was responsive with repair items that were requested by the buyers and made certain that although the homeowners had moved into their new home, a quality home would still be delivered to whoever decided to make this house a home. It all came together with satisfaction to all! Virginia worked with Compass Home Group, the Sellers, the Homeowner’s Association, the Heating & Air Conditioning Licensees, the contractor doing work at the home (Hapsburg Construction), and the title company (North American Title). Compass Home Group very much appreciated working with individuals so organized and efficient.
