The Rivera’s
Referred to the Compass Home Group by a lending partner, Compass Home Group met and fell in love with The Rivera’s right away! William & Angela were highly motivated and ready to find a new home for their family! The truest blessing was that their children, Bella, Alex, Noah, & Olivia were just as invested in finding new space to call home. Each and every child was well behaved and excited as we search properties for the one that precisely fit their needs.
William, a police office, and Angela, domestic goddess made the process FUN and they were committed to getting every document to Compass Home Group, First Home Mortgage, and anyone who needed something from them. The Rivera’s chose a “foreclosure” and since the seller would do no repairs, Compass Home Group had to make certain that while this home is spacious enough for this family, it would not need repairs that the family couldn’t remedy. After a thorough inspection, The Rivera’s were more than comfortable that this home was “the home” for them! True teamwork from all parties – the Rivera’s, Compass Home Group, the co-op agent, and the bank, we were able to settle on time with the bank performing some repairs.
What Compass Home Group loves most about this family is their dedication to each other. Angela needed “short cycling” of her stress throughout the transaction. Moving is stressful! William’s ability to calm her, make light of common details, and see each and every one of his family members cross that threshold kept things humorous and founded in such love.
