Ok, let's dive into the details of whats going on in the Baltimore City Real Estate Market.  The average sold price in the month of September came in right at $168,240, which is an increase from the same time period last year, up 8.35%, and with double digit growth from the average sales price in January of 28.29%.  466 Homes have sold in the Baltimore City Real Estate market last month, up 9.39% from the same time last year, so the number of homes selling continues to rise!
