The average sold price in the month of September came in right at $261,049, which is an increase from the same time period last year, up 2.34%, and with double digit growth from the average sales price in January of 14.84%. 706 Homes have sold in the Baltimore County Real Estate market last month, up 25.18% from the same time last year, so the number of homes selling continues to rise!
