Rose-Marie was referred to us from a preferred insurance resource, Brendan with Kirby Insurance.  Rose Marie needed to sell her property quickly and could not
empty the home or care for any repairs, etc.  The home had previously caught fire and was under a renovation.  It was “all hands on deck” as we organized just how the home was to be cleared out, finalized all renovations, and got everyone to the settlement table.

Steve Townsley from ServPro did an amazing job bringing the property back to life.  With his help, we were able to coordinate repairs, complete renovation, and get this home listed and settled in only 50 DAYS!!!  Rose-Marie had lots of emotions tied to this home.  It was her father’s home and had been in her family for some time.   The fact that Compass Home Group was able to care for the sale so she didn’t have to visit it left her joyful that she could now move on in another part of the state. Compass Home Group was able to get her more money than she anticipated which helped her even more with some financial goals she had aligned for herself.
