Bob & Carolyn Ritscher..and their story
Bob and Carolyn found the Compass Home Group via the internet. Carolyn was researching her move to Maryland online and registered at our site. We connected with her immediately and offered our services. Bob and Carolyn were looking for a very particular home in a particular price range. Carolyn was cautious about not exceeding the budget nor did she want to overlook specific details while searching for their new home. While she stayed in North Carolina to wrap up the details of their sale there, she trusted Bob to find their new home here in Maryland.
As we searched and searched, we were coming up empty handed. Then, one of the homes that Carolyn was watching (but it was under contract) became available for purchase. We made an appointment to view the home, wrote an offer, and they now call the house on Analee their home.
The nature of this short sale presented us some hurdles to jump but with great buyers, committed sellers, and a very involved listing agent, success was ours! Even amidst Bob’s hospitalization a day before closing, everyone was committed to getting it done and we even settled in the comfort of their
home as Bob recovered from surgery.
